Founded in 1988, Muñoz Holdings is a Puerto Rico-based real estate development and property management company specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Over the past several decades, the company has developed hundreds of residential units and built a diversified portfolio comprising more than 1.3 million square feet of leasable commercial and warehouse space.
