Our company, therefore, quickly became successful as a full service real estate developer, specializing in commercial, retail and warehouse facilities, as well as residential projects. We have grown into a multi-disciplinary organization with extensive experience in the planning, development, construction, management and financing of real estate ventures. For more than 30 years, our firm has developed and successfully managed more than 1.3 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse space and more than 1,500 residential units.
