founded by Antonio J. Muñoz in 1988 based on a business philosophy of making a valuable contribution to the economic and social development of Puerto Rico. ​​

As a rapid-growth society, Puerto Rico continues to need quality facilities for business growth and social development. Our company, therefore, quickly became successful as a full service real estate developer, specializing in commercial, retail and warehouse facilities, as well as residential projects.

We've grown into a multi-disciplinary organization with extensive experience in the planning, development, construction, management, and financing of real estate ventures. 

​For over 35 years, our firm has developed and successfully managed more than 1.3 million square feet of office, retail and warehouse space and more than 1,500 residential units. That sterling track record affirms our corporate culture as a performance-oriented real estate developer and a dynamic promoter of sports and special events.
